2) National Plebiscite to eliminate poverty/pollution/taxes/laws/labor and join the Global Ocean Aerospace National Federation with unlimited horizontal and vertical territorial expansion.

3) Universal Capital Income with Funds of Individual Investment, Social Security and Permanent Life, for unlimited social economic sustainability.
